Screenplay Evaluation
Submission Requirements

1. |
The screenplay
material must be registered with both the Writer’s Guild and the U.S
Copyright office before submitting it to Running On Empty Productions,
LLC. As long you submit your screenplay to the U.S copyright
office 1 week before submitting it to Running On Empty Productions, LLC,
we will accept it.

2. |
You must be 18 years old
(or 21, if required by the laws in your state), or older to submit your screenplay. If
you are under 18 (or 21, if required by the laws in your state), you must obtain permission from your parent or legal
guardian, and have them fill out the evaluation form online on your
behalf.

3. |
In cases of multiple writers: All writers must be listed on the
submission evaluation form. The submitting writer must a create a
simple written agreement, stating that all writers give permission for
the submitting writer to submit the screenplay to Running On Empty
Productions, LLC. This agreement must be signed and dated by all
writers. Running On Empty Productions, LLC does not need a copy of
this document. It is for the protection of all writers, and is a
definite requirement before submitting the material. All writers
for the screenplay material must be on the registration form with the
Writer’s Guild and the U.S copyright office for the material to be
submitted.

4. |
The submitting writer must submit the screenplay in one of two ways:
(1)
email us a PDF, or (2) send
a paper copy of your script through the mail. Should you send it
by mail, you must print off the
Evaluation Registration Coupon online
and affix it to the envelope containing the screenplay material.
If we do not see the official evaluation registration coupon with
your PayPal Receipt Number included, your
package will be returned to you or discarded at Running On Empty
Productions, LLC’s discretion.

5. |
The submitting writer or writers can not abuse the ongoing help from
their evaluator after the evaluation analysis is complete. You may
only email your evaluator AFTER the analysis is complete. You may
only email your evaluator once a week, asking up to only two detailed
questions within the email. You cannot “save up” your emails at an
attempt to be able to email your evaluator several times within a week.
If you don’t use your weekly email time, you can’t use it later.

You must agree
to the
terms and conditions before
submitting your screenplay for evaluation. |
